Education & Progression

Since our first seminar in 2007, we have always held regular learning events throughout the year on a variety of conveyancing subjects. Mostly, these are in-person seminars, backed up by webinars where the need requires it.

Andrew Prismall is the only person accredited by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority to provide CPD training on the subject of “Local Land Charges Searches”. As such, all of our events are CPD accredited and we always foot the bill, so they are also free. 

These seminars are held at a variety of excellent venues across the South, with ample food, coffee and networking opportunities. Our fantastic clients get to see each other regularly and meet new faces who they may know as just names on the other side of a transaction. Many friendships are founded and cemented at our seminars over coffee and biscuits or lunch.
